Branded water marketing

No plastic bottle: carton, still water and your brand on the front.
Company profile (PDF, 13 MB, Italian)The journey of a carton
How does your brand end up in people's hands?
In five stops: from your logo to the carton, from the cargo bike to the hands of passers-by, and back as data in the report. Scroll and follow it.

It starts with your brand
Logo on the front, QR code on the side, social handles: we design the artwork with you, so the carton speaks like your brand rather than like any old freebie.
It becomes a carton pack
We produce the cartons to food-safety standards: board from renewable sources with FSC certification, a plant-based Bonsucro-certified cap, and no plastic bottle anywhere.
It gets on the cargo bike
The yellow Refreesh cargo bike takes the cartons where people pass: city centres, events, school gates. Market research picks the spot and the time, based on your audience.
It lands in people's hands
Promoters give the water away: whoever takes it drinks, reads your brand and carries it with them. Something useful, not a flyer bound for the bin.
And comes back as data
On site we collect surveys and forms; afterwards we track online engagement, social interactions and, if you share them, your sales figures. It all ends up in a KPI report.
The section

- Events and trade fairsThe Rial Rent case: 20,000 cartons in four days at the Autoclassica fair.
- Schools and open daysThe Scuola Freud case: 10,000 packs in two days outside middle schools.
- Street marketingThe cargo bike, the promoters and the data collected on the spot.

Two real campaigns
How much water does a campaign hand out?
It depends on the place and the days: in the two campaigns in our company profile, 20,000 cartons over four days at a fair and 10,000 packs over two days outside schools.
| Client | Where | Cartons | Days | Goal |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rial Rent, sports car hire in Milan | Autoclassica fair | 20,000 | 4 | Get its promotions seen and raise brand awareness |
| Scuola Freud, an independent school in Milan | Outside middle schools | 10,000 | 2 | More leads for its open days |
Both carried a front logo, a QR code on the side and social handles. Prices, minimum runs and lead times come with your proposal.

What is branded water marketing?
It is advertising on something people actually use: a company funds carton water packs carrying its brand, and they are given away for free. Refreesh handles the lot, from the artwork to distribution, data collection and the final report.
How does a Refreesh campaign work?
We agree goals, places and message with you; we design the artwork, produce the cartons and hand them out where and when footfall is highest. During the campaign we collect data on site, and at the end you get a KPI report. All eight steps are on the custom branded water page.
What are the packs made of?
They are carton packs with no plastic bottle: board from renewable sources with FSC certification and a plant-based cap made from Bonsucro-certified plant polymers. There is more on the sustainable promotional products page.
How do you measure whether a campaign worked?
With the surveys and forms collected on site, the online engagement and social interactions the campaign generates and, if you share them, your sales figures. The final report sets out the goals reached, measured against key performance indicators (KPIs).
What does a company get out of it?
Visibility on a product that passes from hand to hand, in places chosen for its audience, and a brand tied to a sustainable choice. Whoever drinks keeps your logo in front of them for as long as the drink lasts.
What do the people who receive the water get?
Free water when they need it, in a carton rather than a plastic bottle. Giving water to the community is also one of Refreesh's stated purposes as a benefit corporation.
